The hotel is clean and well maintained; the front‑desk girl on the evening of 5th August and the morning of 6th August was polite, kind, and helpful, but the bar and restaurant staff seemed clueless about basic hospitality etiquette, first ignoring you and then replying rudely.

The location is wonderful, almost 1000 m above sea level.
