I missed breakfast because the service time didn’t line up with my morning schedule. From arrival to departure I never spoke to anyone at reception, only the cleaning crew. When I finally tried to get the front‑desk staff’s attention, the guy was facing the front and ignored me until I found a lady who helped me open the gate.

The staff member Bettina was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room itself was spacious, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable—exactly what I needed for a single night. The only thing that would have made it even better is a small hair dryer; I managed without one, but it would have been a nice touch.
