I liked the room and the buffet breakfast, which offered many options, but the price was too high for the quality they provide, and the nearby facilities and restaurants were similarly expensive.

The hotel feels a bit dated, yet it remains pleasant, largely thanks to the staff who are professional and accommodating; I only stayed for one night, so there were no other issues.

The staff are okay. The room view and floor are dirty, especially the bathroom floor where my daughter and I slipped after the shower. The floor was slimy, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, and no slippers were provided. I called and was told a slipper would be given, but I couldn’t find one and didn’t have the energy to call back after a tiring swim and before bed.

The bed was extremely comfortable and housekeeping was excellent. It would be great if the shower water pressure could be improved.
