The owner’s reception was exceptional; she immediately arranged Bah mi sandwiches when we got there and again when we left, organized transport and restaurants, ensuring we had an amazing time.

The location was great—easy walking around Old Town, no cars at night, and close to the Night Market. It was handy for nail salons and my new hair spa. Madame Khan’s famous Banh Mi was just behind the hotel, and you could sit there; the coconut coffee was good. Madame Vy’s bakery was across the street. Everything was spotless and the staff were lovely. Owners Robert and Flower were incredibly generous and helpful.

We spent a fantastic family holiday at Lion King Hotel, thanks to the warm hospitality of Flower and Robert and the rest of the friendly crew. From the moment we stepped in, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time in Hoi An. The hotel sits right next to the old town and is only a 5‑minute walk to the river. The foyer is lovely for relaxing with a cool drink, and the pool area is just as pleasant. I’ll definitely book again and highly recommend it if you’re after a boutique hotel with a personal touch.
