The location is good, and even though there’s no parking, the city’s P3 parking is very close, so that’s fine; we were only two people, but for four it feels a bit cramped because there’s only one bathroom. The accommodation includes a hair dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso machine that comes with four complimentary capsules. The room was generally good, probably because it’s new, but we’ll see how it holds up over time. Check‑in was online, fast and easy, and you can unlock the door with your phone so you don’t have to keep entering the code. The downside is the bad drain smell: there was an uncovered pipe in the bathroom that still smelled even when covered, and it would have been nice if they’d put something to mask the odor. The second major issue is that you can hear everything from the neighbors; even normal conversations are almost perfectly audible, so if they were newly built or renovated they should have invested more in sound insulation. Towels are quite small and they don’t change them. The cleaning lady left the trash from another room in ours on the first day and it stayed there until the end, right at the entrance. The kitchen, which is meant to be a bit like an apartment hotel, could have had a small electric stove for cooking. Overall, it feels like everything was designed to maximize profit: there’s no reception desk even when you need help, and we had to call for assistance.

The room was tidy and, despite its small size, you can get everything you need; however, the wall next to the neighboring room isn’t sound‑proof, so you can hear the neighbors talking without them shouting.
