We were greeted with a great bottle of sparkling wine at reception and could pick any drink we wanted. We tried to change our arrival date, but the request was denied through the booking system; we actually had to arrive a week later, which complicated things on site, yet the receptionist handled it and we still received our room. Breakfast was disappointing because there were no eggs, vegetables, or fruit, which I found a shame for a breakfast reservation; everything had to be added at extra cost since it wasn’t included for free.
