The staff’s attention helped us solve a luggage problem, the location was excellent, it was very clean and the facilities were new. We appreciated the courtesy of being offered fresh water in the room. Everything was excellent.

Everything. Excellent hotel in a great location. We took a room with a balcony. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff were very nice with excellent service! Great value for the price.

The place is super stylish, the staff are very friendly, and it’s bike‑friendly (bikes can park for free in the underground garage).

The staff were the friendliest I’ve ever encountered, the location was excellent, and the hotel and its facilities are brand‑new, with underground parking, a lift, a free minibar and comfortable box‑spring beds. However, being a designer hotel meant many glass fixtures didn’t work well – faucets were unusable with wet hands, you could bump into them and even get hurt at night, the shower emitted a foul smell, there was no wardrobe just a clothes‑rail and two small drawers, the storage was poor, the room layout was awkward, there were no spots for suitcases, the air‑conditioning temperature couldn’t be adjusted, and there was no light switch by the bed except a tiny reading lamp.
