“Great location, frightening experience”

The hotel’s location right next to the airport was a huge plus, but the manager’s behavior was absolutely unacceptable: he escorted me to my room, lingered too long, stared at me, and asked if I was single after noticing we were the same age. When I returned for check‑out, he spotted me in the bar, approached my table, stared again, and then followed me to the smoking area where I was alone, continuing to stare without saying a word. I had to raise my voice before he finally left. As a woman traveling alone, I felt unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, there were rice grains under the bed and no toilet paper when I arrived.

La proximidad al aeropuerto fue conveniente, pero el gerente me preguntó si era soltera tras notar mi edad, se quedó en mi habitación y no me dejó ir hasta que le dije que sí; al regresar para mi salida, lo encontró en el bar, me siguió hasta el área de fumadores donde estaba sola y me miraba fijamente; tuve que levantar la voz para que se fuera, lo que me hizo sentir muy incómoda, un comportamiento muy poco profesional y aterrador para una mujer viajando sola, además de que no había papel higiénico.

The convenience of being literally across from the arrivals pick‑up and right next to the Metrorail made this spot ideal for a day layover or a quick trip into the city. However, the bathroom lacked a decent size soap; only a tiny bottle of liquid soap was available, barely enough for a shower. Additionally, the restaurant’s location was not indicated.
