I stayed in a very cosy Guest House, just a 10‑minute walk from the city centre on a quiet street where you can park for free. Every day I met a young woman who was kind and friendly. The large room was comfortable, modern, and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was generous and served on the terrace. There was nothing to criticize or complain about.

The location is great for catching the bus – only 50 m away – and the train station is 150 m, while the city centre is 400 m. The reception is friendly, and Carla is wonderful. The downside is that getting to the upper floor without a ramp is a workout, especially with a suitcase or if you suffer from vertigo, which can be a problem for older guests. The breakfast is very short and the same supermarket items are served every day.

The building has been renovated and is modern, tidy. Rooms only have a fridge; there’s nothing for making even a simple sandwich. The owner is not very friendly to tourists. On a rainy day when we were all gathered in the breakfast lounge to spend time together, we were asked to return to our rooms, and the available cutlery was taken away. The location is fine for public transport, but the streets are dirty and it’s hard to find an Italian – you’re more likely to meet an Asian.

Check‑in went smoothly. The room was well equipped and I felt right at home immediately. Breakfast was very good. I would book this place again. The only issue is that it’s a bit noisy, but ear‑plugs solve that.
