The room was spotless and the beds were excellent. I was disappointed that there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby; the breakfast cost a lot and the free coffee in the room was too strong for my taste, especially since I'm not a fan of Starbucks coffee.

The place was clean and tidy, with enough parking and a quiet atmosphere. The pillows were too thick and caused a sore neck after sleep. The luggage carts had only one front wheel, making them hard to maneuver and not large enough for our items. As Marriott Rewards members, we received no perks—no bottle of water or snacks, unlike other hotels where we usually get those. We struggled to get online and had to call a technician, who eventually fixed the issue. Most hotels in this price range offer free breakfast, but this hotel did not, which was a let‑down. The hotel is off the road, and the sign was hard to spot, so we drove past, turned around, and came back.
