Mitos Cozy Rooms

A WhatsApp number was given for communication, so when we were unhappy with our room we messaged them to explain the situation. Unfortunately, we never received a response. The room didn’t even have a window, and the noise from the guests upstairs was extremely loud; we could hear every footstep so clearly that it felt as though the staircase was right inside our room. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and based on our experience, we definitely would not recommend this place.

“Really cute”

It was perfect for me. A very cute room that felt like my bedroom. Coffee pods, very clean, nice bathroom, cute design, heritage building, clothes line. The stairs are narrow, so it’s not suitable for an older person or someone with bulky luggage that can’t be carried.

There was nothing to love. I arrived to a messy, disorganized, unclean room with used towels on the floor, linens not changed, and I simply wondered how such a room could be offered for rent. I called the lady and asked her to come and explain what was happening; she replied she couldn’t come and the cleaner didn’t show up. Naturally I left and booked a hotel for one night. I hope God will bring her an account.

“Terrible experience”

Communication with the owner was simple and easy, but it was one of the worst accommodation experiences ever. There was no window opening to the outside and no air in the room, so it smelled very bad from humidity. We thought about sleeping in the car, but we didn’t; it could have been a better decision. I would avoid booking this room even if it’s the only option in the city, as it was for us.
