Modern rooms feature air-conditioning, free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, and en suite bathrooms. Guests access a shared kitchen, laundry, and nearby restaurants and cafes. Light rail and bus services connect to Sydney CBD and Harbour within 20 minutes.

The bathroom was large, the room was small but functional and very clean. The instructions for entry and exit were clear. The house was quiet. The location is close to facilities. The narrow bedroom made the TV useless because you couldn’t see it from the bed, there was no in‑room iron or ironing board, and I couldn’t find the shared laundry area.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the spot is perfect for a quick stroll to the shopping mall and light rail, plus a handful of nice cafés and restaurants nearby. The downside is that the reception isn’t open 24/7 – from what I remember it’s only from 11 am to 4 pm. They do allow early check‑out and late check‑ins, but those times are unmanned. Still, the hotel did a good job making the check‑in and check‑out process smooth, so kudos for the professional communication. Just a heads‑up that the reception hours are limited.
