The owner was incredibly helpful, pointing out other spots to visit and how to reach them. The accommodation was great, and the breakfast was just what we needed, so I would recommend it.

Francesco is always available and very kind, and the place is meticulously cared for. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and if I ever return to Pisa, I’m sure I’ll come back here 😊

The hotel is very tidy, clean, and cozy. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Walking to the city centre takes about 25 minutes, but you can also catch the bus. Nearby, there’s a good seafood restaurant, a pizzeria, and a Coop supermarket.

Everything liked: the proprietor is super friendly and very available, we had pleasant chats; the cleanliness is impeccable, even the small details like candy, candles, and a paper boat on the desk; towels for everyone and clean; toilet paper folded into a triangle; the room, like the whole B&B, is modern and bright; the small garden and rocking chairs on the balcony give a warm home feeling; the location is convenient because you’re in the centre in just 20 minutes on foot, or there’s a bus stop nearby; in front of the property there’s a large free parking lot where you’ll always find a spot; if you come by car, I suggest walking into the centre because there’s a ZTL; the breakfast is well prepared, perfect for starting the day. No negatives.
