The staff are kind. The room was overall dirty, dusty, with holes in the wall. The shower and door locks were difficult to use; the toilet and shower door locks were broken. An extra towel fee applied. Nothing for a baby was provided at all. The amenities were not well stocked.

The food was good. The carpet in the hallway up the elevator smelled too strong and the odor reached the room.
