The location was fine, about 8 minutes to the subway, but the area was confusing; the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the room was not clean at all: the sheets had stains, coffee spots on the nightstand, the slippers were faux leather with visible wear marks, and the hallways were extremely loud from 6 am onward.

The room was clean and had a desk, which I liked. The night view was just city scenery, so it was hard to see Incheon’s charm.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, extremely clean, very quiet, with a bathroom, toilet, and sink, plus grapefruit‑scented body shampoo—though I didn’t use it—and even a jacuzzi. What I liked most was the pillowcase being changed daily. Overall it was a very clean stay. The climate control, when set correctly, doesn’t make you feel cold or sweaty. The breakfast, however, was aimed only at locals: no fruit, no cheese, the scrambled eggs smelled like Southeast Asia. There’s nothing else negative about the hotel, but if they added even one type of cheese it would be a 10‑star hotel.
