The welcome we received felt like family; we felt very comfortable, the room was spectacular, dinner was excellent, the show was perfect, all very cozy yet independent—certainly we’ll come back. There was nothing I didn’t like; we felt superb.

The décor is fantastic, each room has a different theme and the furniture and other items are genuine collectibles. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I loved everything!

The facilities are very well maintained, the tranquility, the staff’s kindness and the theatre were all great. The value for money was also good, as dinner was included and we ate with a show, and the dishes were beautifully presented and exquisite. The pool, though small, had loungers for relaxing and a terrace for sunbathing and watching the sunset. Parking was hassle‑free because although there aren’t many spots at the front, there is a nearby open area for parking. Restaurants and bars are close by. Everything pleased us.

The charm and breakfast were good. The shower doesn’t work well: low water pressure, hot water takes a long time to come out, and the shower head can’t be hung. We asked for a replacement shower head but ended up without one, making it uncomfortable to shower without splashing the floor. We requested an extra day but the room wasn’t cleaned.
