The spot is great and the facilities were top‑class. The baby bath in the cot room was a sweet surprise, even though we didn’t ask for it. The only hiccup was my daughter leaving her rings in the room; she asked if the hotel could forward them to her (paying for postage), but was told she’d have to arrange her own courier. I’d have expected a hotel of this caliber to handle that automatically.
