Parking was free and ample, and the renovation felt understated yet managed to convey the vibe of a former prison. We stayed in what used to be the prison staff’s changing room, which was just the right size.

The hotel met my expectations and the rooms were tastefully decorated. We slept in a tiny cell that fit all the essentials, surprisingly comfortable for its size. The staff seemed scarce; we couldn’t find anyone when we wanted drinks from the bar. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly. Considering the hotel’s character, the visit was successful.
