Travelodge Kowloon, Jordan, offers elegant accommodations with en-suite bathrooms and complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel features a 24-hour front desk and a bar. Strategically located near Jordan MTR Station, a 2-minute walk away, it's a 15-minute MTR ride to Central, Hong Kong. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk to Tsim Sha Tsui shops, restaurants, and Kowloon Park, and a 15-minute walk to the China Ferry Terminal.

The staff was very accommodating with our requests for utensils and helped book our ride. The rooms are spacious enough and the toiletries smell good. The elevator carpet could use a little updating.

Only the transport was convenient. The hair dryer burned halfway through use, and the staff accused us of using our own dryer. Later the room lost power, and they again suspected our charger’s voltage was wrong, even though we used a brand‑new transformer from start to finish. The room was outdated, the walls had scratches, and the staff attitude at check‑in was awful; I wouldn’t stay again and can’t believe this is a three‑star hotel.

The place is in a good spot, close to the MTR station, but the room looked tired and desperately needed fresh plaster and paint. Trash was left in front of the fire exit at night and it was still there the next morning. The overall experience was underwhelming for the price they’re charging.

The location is close to the metro station, but the cleanliness was poor, there was a cigarette smell, and the fridge wasn’t working.
