The lobby area was nice, but the room had a musty smell and there was no free coffee in the lobby.

The location was central, right near the mall, but the food and service were not included and ended up costing 30 % more than local averages. The room was adjacent to a staircase, so the doors slammed a lot. The TV was broken and I had to call staff for help. The whirlpool was out of order and the shower door was stuck. The property is also infested with spotted lantern flies, a dangerous invasive bug.

With the amount of rates they charge, I would expect them to at least accommodate their guests with complimentary breakfast. I was charged over $425 for just two nights, yet there was no complimentary breakfast or exceptional customer service provided. For the price, I expected a much better overall experience.
