The decor was gorgeous and the breakfast by the pool was lovely. Economy rooms are tiny. When we upgraded to a Jacuzzi room, the tap was broken and couldn’t be fixed; we had to borrow a wrench from their plumber to make it work. The location is far away, so traveling takes a long time.

The hotel looked nice with beautiful details. The service was mediocre and not very efficient.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the staff were nice. If you’re not into huge western chain hotels, this is a good alternative. Breakfast on the 10th floor with open air and views over Bandung was a highlight. The bathroom was a bit small.

We spent three nights here and really enjoyed it, especially the solid breakfast and the very friendly staff; kudos to Miftah and his colleague for keeping the bar open a little later for us, and Miftah even went out of his way to buy us a deck of playing cards – excellent service!

The location is quiet, but the property shows its age and could use some maintenance and renovations.
