It was comfortable and clean, and check‑in/check‑out were easy. If you arrive with a large suitcase, climbing the stairs might be hard and the room may not fit your luggage.

The location is great, the place is clean and tidy, the breakfast is very good, and the staff are excellent. Parking in Sintra is difficult, so ask the receptionist for the best spot and she’ll also point out the best beaches, restaurants, and sights. We recommend parking your car and taking Ubers everywhere—they’re very inexpensive. If you don’t leave a card requesting morning room service, they won’t provide it, which is the opposite of every place I’ve stayed.

Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The room was extremely damp, smelling of mold, and it was so small that you can’t even get in without hitting the bed.
