“Un buon hotel, con aspetti da migliorare”
The facility is well maintained, rooms are tidy and the pools and common areas are pleasant and well organized; the staff were always friendly, helpful, and smiling, which is a real strength of the hotel, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food, however, is the weakest point: the menu is heavily British‑focused in both style and quality, giving an Italian guest a cafeteria‑like feel; while the selection is broad and something good is usually found, it falls short of what one would expect from a hotel of this class. Dinner hours from 19.00 to 21.30 also felt early for a Mediterranean holiday, likely reflecting British clientele habits. The beach shuttle could use improvement; the limited runs at 10.30, 13.00, and 18.30 are not ideal, especially since the beach isn’t within walking distance, and a four‑star hotel should offer more frequent or even continuous service during the day.
