The spot is great—La Cabrera is about a 10‑minute walk, Luciannos ice cream shop is two blocks away, and there's a cute little square that adds to the charm. Walking around is easy, and you can wander aimlessly and enjoy the pretty streets of the neighborhood, even though it's a pricier area. It's farther from tourist spots like San Telmo and Recoleta, but we were driving so that didn't bother us—though parking in Buenos Aires is HORRIBLE! The room was a real treat: we stayed in room 02 on the ground floor, and it was spotless, organized, and smelled nice. I didn’t find it as small as some reviews claim; it had a hair dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. There’s a cold water filter for guests, which is a big plus. The staff were also worth mentioning—they were always helpful, attentive, and friendly. On the downside, the room lacks a mini‑fridge and a shower box, and there’s no window. When we opened the door to ventilate, the curtain would fly and stick to us, so you either keep the door closed and have no airflow or deal with the curtain flying around, which is quite uncomfortable. I also missed a proper vanity area for makeup; the sink is too narrow, making it difficult. Breakfast seating was a pain: the benches were extremely uncomfortable and the tables tiny, though there was a sofa option. More seating alternatives would make the experience better. Breakfast itself was tasty but simple; more variety would help. Another key point is that the hotel has no parking, which matters for car travelers, especially in Buenos Aires where parking is a real challenge. These constructive critiques could improve the guest experience, so it’s worth knowing before booking to set expectations and avoid surprises.
