After we upgraded to twin beds, the room on the 12th floor was spacious, had nice amenities like bathrobes and a wash hanger, and offered a great view; there was also a table with two chairs for seating. The staff were super lovely and the location was excellent, with many restaurants and activities within easy walking distance. The initial double‑bed room against the wall with a tiny table and single chair felt claustrophobic, and the hallway rug had large stains on it.

The location on the covered pedestrian street is convenient, just 5 min by taxi from the station, and there are plenty of restaurants right next to the hotel. The building is hard to reach because of a couple of elevators; breakfast is served in a café in the food court below the hotel, with limited and low‑quality products. The room is average, and the bathroom is very uncomfortable.

The room was fine and the location very convenient, but we had a hard time finding the front desk; a tiny sign eventually led us to the 8th floor.

The location was good, in a busy area with a bus stop to the airport nearby. The breakfast venue was an external café that was cramped, and the food was bland; I wanted a tasty breakfast.
