I arrived to find the accommodation dirty, and was told that the stained sofa had normal wear and the water stains were expected. I am still waiting for confirmation that I will get my money back, as we left the hotel immediately after speaking with the staff. They assured me that I would receive a refund.

Nothing positive. It is incomprehensible that the listing says pets are allowed, yet a heavily intoxicated man outside the door suddenly says no dogs are permitted. We were denied entry and have not received a refund yet. This is truly shameful; I will report it if I do not receive a full reimbursement within the next 48 hours.

The self‑check‑in worked great and the information arrived on time, but there was no trash bin in the room.

“Katastrophal, nie wieder!”

The room was extremely dirty and broken: the sheet was torn and too small for the bed, the mattress had weird brown spots, there were stray hairs everywhere, it was very dusty, the bathroom stank, there was mold in the shower, the toilet was wobbly, water pooled in the sink and shower, it dripped from the sink pipes, the chair had many differently colored stains, the glass (for a double room) was dirty, and through the thin plaster walls you could hear neighbors snoring. We moved to another hotel the next morning without getting a refund.
