The hotel was a disaster from start to finish. There was no power, no water, and the TV didn't even work. I've never had such a terrible experience at a hotel before. It was a complete nightmare.

This hotel was a real gem, with its beautiful interior design and stunning views of the surrounding area. The hotel's location was a major plus, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by some pretty frustrating issues. When we arrived, we had a real problem communicating with the receptionist, who didn't speak a word of English, which made things pretty tense. To make matters worse, they insisted on taking cash payment, even though the booking clearly stated we could pay through the app. We were getting a bit anxious because we didn't see any effort from the hotel to help us out.
