The hotel’s location was fine, but room 140 was filthy and needed upkeep: the bathtub was stained, walls had visible dirt smudges, carpets were dirty—walking barefoot left my feet black. The office was often closed, and I spotted bed bugs in my bed and nightstand, with bites on my left arm. The chair upholstery was patched with a lot of tape. I’m very disgusted. I now understand the non‑refundable room fee. I’ve traveled internationally and never seen such deplorable conditions. I did take pictures.
