The outdoor spa was a highlight, but they insisted I pay for parking even after I explained I had a handicap PLY card, claiming it was private property and that they could charge. The mall across the freeway didn't charge for parking, so that felt unfair.

The hotel was very comfortable and well maintained, situated in a strategic spot close to San Diego's main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything about the property was great, but the lack of an HDMI hookup on the TV forced us to watch dull channels and commercials.

East access to freeway and near by venue for my conference. My room was at the farthest end of property o relooking a hill and sanitation access holes. I was given this room when I asked for a balcony. There are transients in a nearby camp and can be seen and heard from properly
