The place advertises a whirlpool at booking, but it isn’t part of the booking and can’t be added on‑site for an extra fee (reception said it was too short notice). The apartment we had was very spartan, parts of the equipment didn’t work, many damages. We definitely expected a different level and wellness experience.

The peace and tranquility the place gives, and especially the team. Everyone was super kind and attentive, and they made us feel at home during the five days we were there. Simona handled the check‑in and was delightful, explaining everything about the property and surroundings. Jovana was also fantastic, always friendly and attentive, and Paolo, the bartender, is wonderful, always attentive and smiling. A great team! The Wi‑Fi could improve, as the connection didn’t work very well.

I love the peace and the location, but there was no TV with Netflix in the room, which was a bit of a disappointment.

The view was gorgeous, the place was very quiet surrounded by greenery, and the spa service was excellent; the only downside was that the horse riding service wasn’t suitable for beginners, which could have been clarified.
