I was greeted with a warm welcome and enjoyed a good breakfast.

“Excelente custo benefício”

I would love to stay at this hotel and always choose it when I go to SCS. It’s well‑located, very close to the shopping centre and other shops. The breakfast was good, the environment calm, the bed nice, and the shower good. Nothing to point out.

“Ótima estadia- sempre o escolhemos em SCS”

The bed was good, the shower worked, and the breakfast was fine; the location was excellent. Nothing to point out.

“Super Estressante - Atendimento do Ckeckout Péssimo!”

The room, bed, and bathroom were good, but the checkout service was horrible: employee Rodrigo was unreasonable, arguing and “battendo boca” while calling me “cara,” showing no basic reception skills or proper training. The restaurant staff also “battendo boca” over the invoice issue, insisting guests must ask for a CNPJ invoice, which isn’t how I understand it; if the hotel doesn’t issue the NF at checkout, they should explain it when the meal is ordered or delivered to the room. The whole stay was just stressful—won’t stay here again, not even for the price.
