“An overpriced, filthy, and poorly maintained hotel.”

Not much to say positively, though some staff were nice. The hotel feels like a ruin: everything is old, outdated, and poorly maintained, and the whole place looks dirty and neglected. The shower water was salty—showering with salt water for the whole stay is unacceptable for a hotel of this class. The restaurant was disgusting: filthy chairs, appalling cleanliness, and mediocre food, which might be tolerable in a two‑star cafeteria but not for the prices Sheraton charges. I paid $240 per night for a Sheraton that was worse than a cheap motel. Extremely disappointing and not worth the money. The property needs a full renovation, proper upkeep, and much higher hygiene standards—definitely not the Sheraton experience you expect or pay for.

The staff are good people, but coffee, tea, milk, and sachets were supplied inconsistently and irregularly.

The staff were very friendly, the gym was fully equipped and open 24/24, the bedding was excellent, the Wi‑Fi was good, the breakfast was decent, and the room was well‑air‑conditioned. The price was high; the smell coming from the toilet in room 208 was noticeable, and when I asked for a room scent to mask it, the request was denied, so I had to live with the odor. The window was sealed, so ventilation was impossible.
