The hotel’s proximity to Liverpool Lime Street station and the city’s attractions is handy, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly; however, the shower was broken, the door lock felt insecure, the continental breakfast was very meagre with no cooked items, there was no non‑dairy milk or accommodation for individual dietary needs, the crockery hadn’t been wiped, and the coffee from the machine was undrinkable.

Being so close to Lime Street, it was easy to step out of the entrance and find ourselves right where we wanted, even in cold and rain; the older building was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and having someone at the front desk made me feel secure—this is my third visit and I’ll definitely book again.
