The staff were friendly and tried to make us comfortable. Even though we booked when the place was fully booked, they worked after hours to prepare a room for us. There was no plug near the bed, and the one we could use was broken, so we couldn’t use the TV at all. Noise at night was present, probably because the staff had a somber mood after a funeral. The kettle was full of ants, but we managed. The pool was dirty and the yard looked untidy.

Nothing really stood out. I reached out to the owner, who was very friendly and arranged for cleaners to come. Bedding was dirty, towels had lipstick marks, were worn and thin. The living‑room carpet was so dirty it was falling apart under your feet. Light switches had dirty marks. No maintenance was done. Doors had peeling paint. The cleaners only mopped the floors; everything else stayed as it was.

The front‑desk lady was the best! The apartment was spotless, and the bed felt incredibly comfortable – truly a home away from home!

Everything was perfect, especially the pool view; the rooms were clean, comfortable, and smelled good, and the cleaning lady was very kind.
