The place is in the center and offers a quiet, comfy stay right in Sydney’s CBD. Only one restaurant was open for room service on the weekend, and the cleanliness left something to be desired—dust was present and towels were changed when asked.

The lodging was spotless and super comfy, the staff were welcoming, and the spot was ideal for nearby shops and theatre shows. Breakfast across the street was delicious, and a lovely card and wine were left in the room for my husband’s birthday.

The location is great, and checking in and out was very straightforward. The carpet in the room could have been cleaner, and the bathroom felt worn out with a poor layout.

The room was well presented and clean. All the facilities, WiFi shower etc worked well. Staff were very helpful and deal with our requests eg more tea bags and similar with promptness and courtesy. The location is excellent for Sydney CBD and is well priced in comparison with its neighbours. Not much
