Ai Due Fanali, a historic Venetian hotel, boasts a roof terrace with panoramic views, serving breakfast amidst stunning vistas. Located 300 metres from Venice Santa Lucia Train Station, the hotel features air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs, safes, and minibars. Its proximity to Saint Mark's Square, Fenice Theatre, and Rialto Bridge makes it an ideal base for exploring Venice.

The location, cleanliness, and comfort were great, and I liked being able to open a window in the hotel room for fresh air.

The place had a perfect location, very clean rooms, and a comfortable bed; it was nicely updated, and everything was perfect.

It was very warm and clean, but the price was a bit high.

I checked in and out smoothly, the lady at reception was very kind and helpful, and everything worked out fine. The place sits right on the Grand Canal, which is a great spot. The breakfast smelled amazing, but I didn't have time to try it. My stay was too short, but I'd definitely book again at Ai Due Fanali or the Hotel Ca Nigra where I checked in.

The central station is a 7‑minute walk, the facilities are excellent, the design is fully modern and minimal yet meets all needs, and I definitely recommend it.
