Ms Pepper wrote that the next confirmed booking was not reflected, so we had to find another hotel. The next booking didn't show up in their computer.

Ms Pepper at the front desk was an excellent host. The hot tub has a 5‑minute timer and the restart switch is too far, so you have to get out of the hot tub in chilly cold and restart the whirlpool; if you set it for a little more time there's no saving for the hotel, especially when a guest is in pain.

The view and calm of the facilities were nice. 1. Cleaning of the rooms had to be requested daily; this should be a minimum for the hotel. 2. When returning in the afternoon, the amount of staff available for different services was very low, making the service very slow.
