The overall visit was amazing, the room and bed were fantastic. We didn’t use the spa this time because we were looking for complete rest while I recover from a serious illness, but on previous visits they have always been to a high standard. We will definitely return soon. Everything was exceptional and we’ll be back.

Great location for the metro centre and Newcastle, and the rooms were nice and spacious. Nothing else to note.
