“Mitten in Neapel”

The place was packed with gear and the host was super friendly and helpful, with flawless daily service. It sits right in the middle of town, so most spots are within walking distance and public transport is close by. The breakfast at the cafe across the street was modestly Italian. The only downside was the street noise in the heart of Naples; it was a bit jarring, but closing the windows and shutters solved the problem.

The room was clean, well‑equipped, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was beautiful and impeccably maintained. The windows let in a bit of traffic noise because they face a major road, but when they were shut, there was no sound.

The location was great, the building was gorgeous, and the room and bathroom were very clean and quiet even with the boulevard nearby. I would have given a 10, but the only flaw was the air‑conditioner’s placement: the cool air hit the bed and face directly, which was unpleasant. Moving the diffuser to the other side of the window would fix it.

The accommodation was excellent, spotless, spacious, and very pretty, including the bathroom. The location is superb and I recommend it to everyone; we felt comfortable and safe. Thank you.

I loved this hotel apartment! Super clean! Fresh air‑con, comfortable bed, cute balcony. Quiet room even with a window facing a busy street. Room for 3 people, big! The owners were welcoming and hospitable! Special thanks to Agnese! She recommended and explained where to go and how to get to historic places, about metro lines… so kind! Nothing else to add!
