Albergo Rusall

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property. The quality was high, the staff were attentive, and we felt right at home the whole time. Breakfast was excellent, there was a spot in the garage, a lift, and the room was comfortable. From the terrace you could see a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Como. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel impresses with its very nice location and is very clean. The service is excellent, extremely friendly and accommodating, and they always pay close attention to our wishes. It is understandable that it’s a 3‑star hotel, but with a few improvements it could reach 4‑star status. A bit more comfort such as a refrigerator, kettle, and minibar would be very desirable. I also found the vegetarian options at breakfast in Italy – the land of cheese and olives – to be unfortunately lacking.

“Court séjour mais très bien”

The view was stunning, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were welcoming.

The pool offered a lovely view of Lake Como and the underground parking was comfortable. However, breakfast was disastrous; Italian guests received coffee from a portafilter machine while Germans were handed something from an automatic that hardly qualifies as coffee. During a storm, the blinds box detached and fell onto the bed, injuring me, and the next day no apology was offered.
