The hotel is within walking distance of the clinic. The hot tub was broken, there was dog poo on the floor, the shower faucet wasn’t wall‑mounted, and the elevator required a card; nobody told us we’d need to use the room key after check‑in.

Our room wasn’t as nice as the first time; the walls had many marks, toilet paper was in the toilet, and it wasn’t as well maintained. We stayed a week earlier on the same floor plan with the same beds and sofa, but this time the price was higher.
