The vibe was amazing, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly. On Thursday and Friday, live singers performed at night and the performances were out of this world; it was one of the best stays I've ever had. Mr. Maged, the manager, was incredibly nice, friendly, and accommodating.

I’ve discovered that Palma Hotel has become my top choice in Port Said, thanks to its spotless rooms, well‑kept facilities, and overall comfort. The staff went above and beyond, especially Ms Soha at reception, Mr Mahmoud in support, and Mr Tamer handling room service. Thank you again for the excellent service.
