“Poor, disappointing and not at all like the photos.”

The place is mostly quiet, except for loud insects, and there are no cars around. The front desk was almost empty; we were lucky someone answered when we got there and told us the cafe and restaurant would open the next day, but they didn't. They offered to let us order food, yet the wait times were 50 minutes or more and the selection was limited – not what we expected to face in the morning. We had booked the pool, only to discover it was almost abandoned: the deck was dirty, chairs were broken, and the water was murky and green. The cleaners apparently left our door open when they came back after a day out, and mosquitoes swarmed the room. Other disappointments, like a shower head hanging by a thread or a balcony light that didn’t work, would have been overlooked if everything else had been better. I wouldn’t recommend it.

“Wrong time of year to enjoy this stay. Everything closed including paid for breakfast”

I was really impressed with the potential of this hotel, especially during the peak season when the atmosphere must be electric. Unfortunately, my visit coincided with a quiet period, and the place felt completely deserted. The hotel's grounds and amenities are well-designed, but it lacked the vibrancy I was expecting. Despite this, I still think it could be a fantastic choice for travelers looking for a lively experience.

“In a mountainous and peaceful area of chiang rai”

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, thanks to its incredible location surrounded by lush greenery in the mountains and picturesque rice paddies. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, I did notice that some of the outdoor furniture and pool chairs were a bit worn out, and the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint to maintain its charm. Overall, it's a lovely spot that I would definitely recommend.
