The room was spotless and cozy, with a quiet AC and a covered balcony that had a small drying rack for swimwear. Netflix was available, along with beach towels and bottled water. The spot was great—close to the Kata night market and just a short walk to the Smartbus stop. The only downside was the soundproofing; I could hear guests chatting in the stairwell. The shower screen was a bit small, so water splashed onto the floor, but the pressure was fine. Housekeeping even cleaned the room after we left, leaving a “do not disturb” sign on the door.

Everything was perfect. The only issue was a weed shop under the hotel; I didn’t notice any scent in my room because it’s on the rear side, but it’s noticeable when you’re going in and out.

I can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in terms of price/quality. We were 7 people, 4 rooms on the same floor, and everyone was thrilled. The rooms were very clean, with everything needed—from cutlery to personal hygiene items. Housekeeping came daily; sometimes they forgot to put a sign on the door, but when we returned everything was tidied, the beds were changed, snacks refreshed, and there were two packs of water in each room. If you need laundry, just hand it to the staff in the morning and they’ll return it folded the same day. Even though we arrived before check‑in time, they accommodated us immediately, which was a pleasant surprise after a long journey. A special shout‑out to the hotel owner—a wonderful person who genuinely cares about guests, always available, even arranged parking for us. She was very helpful and kind. They gave us water and sweets on the way out. We’ll definitely come back.

The room was very nice and spacious, with a beautiful aesthetic, and free Netflix was available if you wanted to relax. The only note is that there’s no elevator, so you have to use the stairs, but that wasn’t an issue for me.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean with a nice balcony. I stayed on the third floor; there’s no elevator, but since it’s only a few floors, the stairs were fine. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Kata Beach and very close to the Kata Night Market. Free tea, coffee, biscuits, and beach towels were nice touches. They even did complimentary laundry for a couple of my T‑shirts and pants during my stay. Overall, a comfortable stay, and I’d happily stay here again. Nothing to complain about.
