“worst experience.”

Nothing at all. I checked in around 7 PM, so I didn’t want to find another hotel. Today I switched hotels. Some staff were not well trained; they need to know how to talk to a customer. Cleanliness was too poor; the entire building was smelly. The room was not well cleaned; there was dust in the room and on the table, chair, bathroom, and everything was too dirty.

“Very very poor”

From the moment I arrived, the front desk was manned by an older gentleman who was visibly angry and unwelcoming. As I entered my room, a strong odor of cleaning chemicals and pipe fumes hit me, and the walls were covered in stains and drips. The fan was so loud I couldn’t hear my own phone, and my bed was marred by cigarette burns and clumps of hair. In the bathroom, several tiles were cracked and there were cockroaches. I mentioned the problems politely, but the first response was to simply replace the bedding. They offered me a new room that was marginally better but still comparable in quality. When I asked for a full refund or at least half, the man was rude and refused, insisting no refunds were possible. I left without any money back, which was the only acceptable outcome.
