The location was central. The service was lacking.

The place was clean, right in the city center so it was convenient to move around, and there were many good restaurants nearby.

The price was reasonable, the staff were very enthusiastic, and they helped me check in early. The soundproofing of the door was not good, and the faucet design was not suitable.

The room was excellent with AC and a private bathroom. They only sell doubles, but they also have twins (a bit more expensive), which you can request. The room was clean, had a fridge, kettle, etc. It was located in the middle of downtown, but the rooms were not facing the street so traffic noise was not too much (the Vietnamese side tends to honk a lot). Wifi worked better on middle floors than on higher floors. You can pay by card without an extra charge. The trashbin was super tiny – the first plastic bottle already filled it. The map on maps.me was slightly inaccurate. The girls at reception were sweet, but I wasn’t a fan of the different guys working there. Check‑in with an older man was unfriendly and uncomfortable; he didn’t even try to communicate even when I was using translation apps. He also sent a Grab driver away when I ordered food, saying there was no one with my name staying there. Another night‑shift guy shouted at us once when we didn’t remember our room number when we walked in, even though he had seen us several times before. It felt like we were breaking in or something – odd.
