Room was spacious enough, but the air conditioning was too hot and didn’t cool properly.

The bed was comfortable, the location was good, and the street was quiet even during Songkran; coffee, fridge, and kettle were appreciated and it offered good value. However, our room was near the stairs so we heard people walking and talking, towels had stains, the sink faucet was broken (though still functional) upon arrival, and we waited 35 minutes for someone at reception to check us out. We tried calling three phone numbers, wrote on Booking, sent pictures on WhatsApp, and had to knock on downstairs doors to retrieve our 1000 Baht key deposit at 7:30 am.

The rooms were cheap and old, and the noise from Patong was loud; upon check‑in a 1000‑baht deposit was taken, and the same amount was demanded again at checkout.
