“Disgusting - want more? - you stay in that room”

The toilet and sink were absolutely disgusting, the bathtub had no plug, the floor was cold cheap wood, the mattress still looked wrapped in plastic, there was nowhere to hang clothes, the floor‑level radiators were filthy and obviously unusable, and there was no place to set anything. It was just a disgusting room, and I wondered if it was even ready for occupancy.

The pool was ice‑cold. Breakfast was just okay. If you rolled just right in the bed, it made a loud bang.

“Nice hotel but unsure why extra unwarrented charges were placed on our credit card we used to pay for our room?”

Lovation. After we left the following morning we saw a series of multiple changes on our credit card that were reported as fraudulent charges made between our late‑night check‑in at the front desk and early morning. Luckily they notified us to verify the charges, and they stopped the action immediately. The charges appeared after our check‑in, which was both disturbing and disappointing, affecting our stay at this hotel 😟

“Would not stay there again.”

Front desk staff great, room, not so much. Moved the small table between the beds to find that if there was a ton of dirt and debris and a dead Roach. Steph is apparently not moving furniture would vacuuming. Also under that table was a striped eyeglass case. Much better cleaning of the room

“Staff was friendly and accommodating but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.”

The location was great, but the building looked run‑down. The window was clouded, a heat panel near the floor was partially ripped off the wall, the bathroom sink enclosure was damaged, the faucet handle leaked when turned on, and the extra door lock didn’t work.
