The architecture and cleanliness were good, but the food needs improvement, the staff by the pool need to change—especially the bartenders are very rude, the chefs serve only to those who tip, so all bartenders should be replaced. When you ask for two or three things, they move slowly to avoid being rude. The plates in the dining room are wet and not clean, but I chatted with all the lifeguards—they’re all super people and friendly.

We had an amazing family holiday and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout. A very special thank-you to Ahmed Alaa, the houseman who took excellent care of our room. It was always spotless, tidy and beautifully prepared. Ahmed was polite, attentive and made us feel very well looked after. We would also like to thank Mr Ibrahim, the manager, who was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful to us throughout our stay. His personal attention made our experience even more special. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and delicious choices for everyone. We especially loved the hibachi experience—the food was fantastic, and the chef made it entertaining and memorable. All the staff, from the housemen to the management team, were friendly and professional. Everything was perfect, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

Comfort, capacity, and facilities were good, and we had no issues with the food. When we tried to contact Booking, they replied a day later and ignored my other message; when we arrived, the staff who would show us the room didn’t speak Arabic and gave us vague directions, taking about 15 minutes to find the room.
