The welcome was lovely, and the staff did a lot for us—extra blanket, hairdryer, organized a taxi, and coffee at 05:15 for our early start. Initially we were unsure about the location, but it turned out to be great, letting us soak up the atmosphere of this lovely town; we were lucky to catch a parade, which gave us good insight into Puno, and we enjoyed watching locals stroll with their families in the square at night. Nothing else to add.

I’m a few minutes from the train station and the main plaza, so walking around is a breeze. Getting in was a bit of a hassle—you have to ring the bell or send a message, but the staff were incredibly friendly and quick to help.

The spot is fantastic, and the staff were lovely. They let us leave our bags there while we went to the islands for an overnight trip, which was a huge help. I’d definitely recommend it.
